• Varsity letter in football, starting OLB, 4th on team in tackles, season-high vs B-R (8), 5 tackles and sack versus Medford
• Class President for sophomore year, re-elected for junior year
• 4.0 GPA (4.5 weighted) in AP & Honors classes, ranked 2nd in class
• Called up from freshman team at Barnstable High School early in the season to JV

• Quickly promoted to varsity and earned his first varsity letter this year as a freshman baseball player.

• Gifted linebacker in football and played five season with the Silver Bullets before joining the Red Raider freshman team this season.

• Served as the 2009-2010 freshman class president at Barnstable High School

• Maintains a perfect, 4.0 grade point average in all honors classes

• Played three years of AAU baseball for Coach Toffey and the Dugout Dawgs

Litchman is coming off a solid sophomore year when last fall he stepped right into the breach and for the Red Raider gridiron 11 and started at outside linebacker... had a solid year for the BHS baseball team and excels in the classroom...projects to be a superior athlete in the coming months and years as the stalwart linebacker and outfielder excels both on and off the field...a powerful hitter with quick hands and can hit to all fields... speedy on the basepaths... the "Silent but violent" type on the playing field but courteous and respectful off the field and a top student at Barnstable High School... should fit right in at the fast-paced American Legion level right away... a team player who will do anything to help the team win... "Litch," as he's known to teammates and friends alike, is a prior recipient of the prestigious Red Dacey Award from the Barnstable Silver Bullets, perhaps the most prestigious award a youth athlete can earn... also the recipient of the Frank Finn Jr. Memorial Sportsmanship Award.

•Went 1-3 with run scored in tough loss to Kingston Post 387 (July 9, 2010)

•Went 2-3 in season finale at Hanover Post 149 (July 11, 2010)

•Went 1-3 with run scored vs. Duxbury Post 223 (July 5, 2010) at Lowell Park.

• Went 1-3 in big win vs. Middleboro Post 64 (June 18, 2010)

• Went 1-3 with walk, run scored and two stolen bases vs. Brockton Post 35 (June 15, 2010).

• Went 2-3 in his first-ever American Legion start vs. Sandwich Post 188 in tough, 7-1 loss (June 11, 2010).
• Went 1-3 with one RBI in his second Legion start in the outfield in superb, 10-2 victory over Hingham Post 120 at Lowell Park (June 13, 2010).

Barnstable High School Highlights...

• Went 1-2, with stolen base and run scored, vs Sandwich on April 7, 2011
• Went 1-2, with a walk and stolen base versus New Bedford on April 13, 2011
• In his first varsity game at Barnstable High School this past spring, Litchman went 2-3 with two RBI versus Dartmouth High School.
• In his first varsity start versus Dennis-Yarmouth, Litchman went 3-3 with one RBI, had one stolen base and scored a run.
