Atsalis is now entering his third year of Post # 206 Amercian Legion baseball... had solid summer last year in left field for the Legionnaires... elected captain of Barnstable High School this year and is a three-year starter in the outfield for the Red Raiders... rock solid hitter and threat to go deep... great range in the tall corn... comes from long, long line of Red Raider all-time great ballplayers including father Sy Atsalis... uncles Nik and Demetrius Atsalis... uncles Andy and John Joakim and the list goes on and on... has solid potential to play collegiate ball and expects to play this fall at Colby...also a star defenseman for three straight Old Colony League champion Red Raider hockey teams... a solid student-athlete with a fantastic academic record... gets the job done when you need it most... reliable, committed and an asset to the Legion program... should go far.
